Data Deletion

2Pack includes a full account-deletion option in the app. To delete your account and associated cloud data, open Settings, go to Account & data, choose Delete account, review the confirmation, and choose Delete account again.

The app starts a secure deletion process and shows its status while it removes your account and associated cloud data. When the process finishes, 2Pack also clears the app data stored on your device. You can also request deletion by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected]. The Service Provider will process requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If you choose Delete cloud data instead, 2Pack removes backed-up profile, trip, and device data while keeping your account active. Local app data remains on the device until you reset app data or uninstall the Application.

Upon verification of your identity, the Service Provider will delete your personal data from its systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
