Agreement to These Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, access, or use the Application.

License to Use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider’s trademarks, logos, or branding. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Application.

Eligibility
By accessing and using the Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years of age, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Application.
If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or harm the Service Provider, other users, or third parties.
- Do not use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its accounts, or its systems.
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, or extract parts of the Application except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not use the Application to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

Service Changes and Availability
The Application is currently provided free of charge. The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce paid features in the future. Any charges will be clearly communicated before they apply.
Some functions require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for problems caused by a lack of connectivity, exhausted data allowance, roaming charges, or other charges from your network provider.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device because this may weaken its security or prevent the Application from working correctly.

Third-Party Services
The Application may rely on third-party services to provide authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, maps, geocoding, weather, messaging, advertising, and subscription features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Subscriptions and Paid Features
The Application may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. Before you purchase, the Application or the relevant app store will show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial terms that apply.
Subscriptions are purchased through the store or payment flow presented at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the relevant store account, subject to that provider’s terms. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the refund rules of the relevant store.
If enabled, RevenueCat may process subscription and entitlement information to help the Service Provider provide paid features. If enabled, AdMob may provide advertising and related measurement. The Privacy Policy explains how information for these services is handled.

Account and Data Deletion
2Pack includes a full account-deletion option in the app. To delete your account and associated cloud data, open Settings, go to Account & data, choose Delete account, review the confirmation, and choose Delete account again.
You may also choose Delete cloud data to remove backed-up data while keeping your account active. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion process and the data that may be retained where required by law.

Termination
The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application or its services if you materially breach these Terms. The Service Provider will provide written notice of the breach and, where the breach can be fixed, you will have 14 days from receiving notice to remedy it.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that could cause harm to other users or the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application or support for an older version. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will end and you must delete all copies from your devices.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
The Service Provider retains full liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Service Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service Provider for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required under applicable law, whichever is greater. If the Application is free of charge, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss that you experience from relying entirely on third-party information provided through the Application or for inaccuracies in content provided by third parties.

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or directly related to your breach of these Terms or your intentional misuse of the Application.
This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider’s own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In jurisdictions where consumer indemnification is restricted by law, this clause is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have to bring a claim in a court that is competent under mandatory law.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application. They supersede prior agreements or understandings about that use.

Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent before material changes take effect.
